At Integrity Healing Services, we offer Group Therapy wherein a small group of people meet with a trained group therapist. During this meeting, the group discuses a certain issue that they are all struggling with such as: anger management, addiction, bereavement, childhood trauma, etc. Under the guidance of the group therapist, members are free to explore and share their behaviors, feelings, and thoughts. This session also allows members to hear similar experiences from different points of view and members can even share their different coping mechanisms to the group. Group therapy helps members in feeling like they are not alone and that there are people like them who are experiencing the same issues and concerns.
